The Thousand Islands Winery would be happy to host and cater any event you have in mind. We are available for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Retirement Parties, Company Picnics, and Family Reunions or just for a Good Old Fashion Pig Roast. Our picturesque location on the St. Lawrence Seaway offers the perfect setting for "Wedding Rehearsal Dinners, Receptions, or even your Wedding!” The Thousand Islands Winery's knowledgeable and friendly Staff is available to assist you with the planning of an economical, exciting, and memorable event. We will custom tailor our facilities to meet your entertainment and dining options. *Facility Rental* The Thousand Islands Winery has two areas available for private rental. There is the Winery Pavilion/Courtyard, which will comfortably accommodate 150 people and the Barn's Upstairs Banquet room, which will accommodate approximately 100 people. Both facilities are quaint, rustic, and comfortable. Larger gatherings maybe arranged with prior coordination with the winery staff. Fees: The Thousand Islands Winery charges a $175 rental fee for four hours of use for either facility. A charge of $50 per hour for extended event time. Extended hours will be applied after the first 15 minutes. The simultaneous rental of multiple facilities is $300.00. The rental fee includes a free wine tasting (21 and up) and tour of the winery for all attending guests, setup and tear down of tables and tents for the event, and trash removal. Any additional setup needs to be prearranged and a quote will be provided. An initial deposit of the Winery Facility’s FULL Rental Fee and a signed rental agreement are required before a requested date will be reserved. This deposit is non-refundable within 120 days of the event. The balance of any remaining costs (Facility, bar, entertainment, hayrides, and food) must be paid within 60 days prior to the event. *Bar Options* Open Bar – Winery Open Bar means that the Customer sets up a predetermined bar limit. An Open Bar Tab will be established and run to the predetermined point set by the customer. In the event that the established Tab Limit has been reached, Cash Bar sales will begin. As part of your "Open Bar Tab”, your group's purchase will consists of discounted drinks at a cost of $ .75 per soda, $1.00 per water or iced tea, $2.50 per beer, wine Slushies $3.00 and $2.50 per glass of wine. Cash Bar - Winery Cash Bar means that individual customers pay as they go, no Bar Tab will be set up. Typically, most “Open Bars” do transition to “Cash Bar” at some point during an event. Prices are $ .75 per soda, $1.00 per water or iced tea, $2.50 per beer, $3.00 per wine slushy and $2.50 per glass of wine. Wine by the bottle - Your group may purchase wine by the bottle from the winery at a 15% discounted rate. The discount applies to wine that is meant to be consumed during the event. This DOES NOT include the purchase of wine or merchandise intended to be removed from the property. *Entertainment* Various entertainment options are available if desired. (Specify type of music desired at the time of your request). Wine Tasting (21 years of age or older) and Tours are FREE to all of our guests Use of Winery Radio System - Free Karaoke (4 Hours) - $150 Solo Musician Act (4 Hours) - $250 DJ - $300 (4 hours) Live Band (4 Hours) – Request a quote (Typically $120 per band member) Hayrides: To make your event extra special, consider making an old-fashioned hayride a part of your festivities. Rent our Tractor and Hay Wagon with driver for $30 an hour and have a pleasant ride around the winery. *Menu Options* Listed below are example menus and pricing that are available for 2008.
