Shipping Times
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of receipt. Delivery is estimated 3 to 5 business days for East Coast and 7 to 10 business days for West Coast, Hawaii and Alaska. FedEx will send you a tracking number once the order is in transit to the email address you provided. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order through FedEx. Com.

Weather Advisory
Inclement weather forecasts for weekend shipments may cause a delay in the ship date and arrival date. Extreme cold temperatures can jeopardize the integrity of the wine. At times, packages remain on the delivery trucks over the weekend. If temperatures are expected to drop below 32˚ F over the weekend, Friday shipments may be postponed until Monday. Should a delay in shipping occur, you will be notified by the Winery.

Shipping Preferences
FedEx requires an adult signature (21 years or older with valid ID.) at time of delivery for all alcohol purchases.  Packages containing alcohol cannot be left at your home or with a minor. Please consider when selecting a shipping destination. Wine Club members: When creating your account, be sure to complete the option for “shipping address for wine purchases”.

Shipping Rates
Thousand Islands Winery ships wine via FedEx Ground. All prices are determined upon the weight of the package and shipping Postal Code. FedEx will quote all orders directly and Thousand Islands Winery will charge at the time of order. We are unable to ship wine to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. If you wish to expedite shipping, please contact us at 315.482.9306 for a quote.

Undeliverable Package and Returned Packages
FedEx will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before returning it to Thousand Islands Winery. Thousand Islands Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges. Shipping charges on returned orders will not be refunded.  All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Then we will contact you to arrange re-shipping the package. Additional FedEx charges will apply when packages are returned, re-routed and/or change of address is requested. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order. A “Returned Package” fee of $7.50 will be applied.

Thousand Islands Winery can ship direct to any state EXCEPT the following:
Alabama*, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania*, and Utah.

*Residents of Alabama and Pennsylvania may order through their State Liquor Authority.

On-site Shipping Only for Restricted States
If you are at Thousand Islands Winery and purchase an order for wine, we will ship to your state as a
ONE -TIME order. Any additional orders CANNOT be placed online or over the phone.

Damaged Wines
The New York State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and Federal law states alcoholic beverages can only be exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated. Thousand Islands Winery will gladly replace bottles should the wine be found as damaged. Please do not pour out the wine, place the cork back in the bottle and call 315.482.9306.
